Today has benn really hectic as I was not at work yesterday, I had a killer migraine.... anyway VJ called he is currently on holiday down at the coast he wanted to know where his brother was buried cus he wanted to go put flowers down for me, this was a huge surprise not to mention a very sensitive issue as his brother died when he was 3 months old(the baby that is).
Donovan has always been a very sensitive issue with me as I see him as my gaurdian Angel. Donny was born 3 days short of a year after VJ the pregnancy was a HUGE surprise to me as VJ was only 3 months old when I got the news that number 2 was on the way.... Then I was told that Donny was a girl so we did the nursery up in pink..when he was born the doc said Oh dear I lied its a boy .... grrrr....then the biggest shock was when Donny died , there was nothing wrong with him medically it just happened the death certificate list SIDS as cause of death.

Donny would have been 16 this year...All I can say is thanks to Vj for thinking about his brother while being on holiday it means so much more to me than what I could ever express....There are times when our kids surprise us in a GOOD way.

Things are doing ok am just taking serious strain at work. I saw my grand baby over the weekend he is doing great & has his first tooth. I still find it very difficult to see him with out his father but I guess in time I will get used to it.

My 2 Foster girls have gone back to their mother it is for the best as right now I have way to much on my plate and am battling to keep my head above water.

On the adoption front we have had a break through, we advertised in the local Zulu paper for Steffy's birth mother or her husband to contact us with regards to the adoption, as I mentioned in one of my posts he has no clue that Steffy existed. Anyway her saw the advert in the paper & contacted the Social worker & told her under no circumstances was he the father of this child & that he wanted nothing to do with IT & would give her any documentation that she needed to confirm this. I believe he has sent her an email to this regard. HE even said that they had been divorced for a number of years even though home affairs still has them listed as married. Any how the next step is that our Social worked sends a report in to the courts & hopefully we will get a court date soon.
