DH's eye looks better, he is back at work, I have not idea why he was not booked off as he is contagious hehehe on way to get the entire team off work.

The girls are doing ok, Connie is having trouble with her teacher so I will be giving her hell today(the teacher) I have already sent her a fax if I get no response by 12 I will give her a not to friendly call. Why cant teachers see that they can either make or break a child, it really pisses me off, this kid has already gone though way to much trauma in her little life & now she has a teacher picking on her. I know in the past Connie had noone who would stand up for her, hell the school does not even know what her mother looks like, I guess they are in for a rude awakening.

Holy hell just called the school where Keira will be going to find out about school fees for the other 2 girls should they stay with me next year....Their school fees will be R900 each & Keira's will be R720 which means R2520 per month..... WOW time to review my budget.....

Sure the classes are small only 14 kids in a class & this is what the girls need as they are so behind in there scholastic development. School uniforms are practical Jeans, red golf shirts & sneakers (Takkies) I will have to discuss this with DH & see what he says.

Work is exhausting as they have still not found a replacement for the front office so I am currently running between 2 offices. grrr

Last night when I got home Daniel & I put a fence around the swimming pool I am too afraid of drownings as there are 3 kids under the age of 3 running around the yard, granted it des not look so good but at least the kids cannot get near the pool without an adult opening up for them. Will post the pics tomorow as I left my camara at home.

Friday is casual day at school for Connie & Lebo so I will sort out there new clothes for them. They are rather excited about it.

Saturday their current school as open day so I am thinking about going down there to see what is happening.

Oh well time to work

BTW tomorrow my friend Alice is going to have her baby, she is the mommy of the foster daughters I lost to the system..... I wish her the best of luck & may all her dreams come true.

well yesterday afternoon DH told me that he had a migraine & was feeling really crappy so when we got home I chased all the kids outside to play, its lovely having spring here.

While the kids & I set up the pool & watered the garden we let DH sleep. Kids ate & bathed & were all put to bed & not a peep was made, now for a house hold of 5 kids this is an unheard of event, I am so proud of my lot.

The girls mother made bail yesterday & came to see them & to give me side of the story, so far I am giving her the benifit of the doubt. She is back in court on Friday I guess time will tell what is going to hapen. Her employer wanted my contact details so I am expecting to here from them sometime today.

I woke up to my swimming pool looking rather flat & a tad empty, jip the bloody thing still has holes grrrrrr. will hunt for them tonight. Looks like I am going to have to buy a new pool at the end of this month.

Dh looks as if he went 3 rounds with Mike Tyson, not a pretty sight, he dropped me at work & has gone to sit at the clininc till he can see a Doc, man I really want the company to get its butt into gear so that we can get medical this is total BS. I promise I did not beat him up....

I have been at work since 06:10 man I wish I lived closer to work then I could get an extra hours sleep. Oh well time to earn my keep. Have a great day.

Me I blow up swimming pools .... yeah you read right. Yesterday when I go home it was really warm & the kids were all trying to swim in the clam shell, so in my great wisdom I pull out last seasons pool from under the spare bed & insist that we blow it up & patch all the holes. WHAT WAS I THINKING!!!!

Any how after LOTS of huffs & puffs the pool in inflated most of the holes have been found & I have decided to invest in a foot pump.



I huff & I puff & I will blow this darn thing up.



I really do not remember this pool being this BIG!

Why cant things be peaceful?

The weekend was great, the kids & I worked on the play ground. It does not look like we did much but it took us 2 days to clean up the area & break out a HUGE ugly flower bed. We planted some seeds in the flowerbed next to the drive way now we have to remember to water them daily.

It was warm enough for the girls to put on there bikini's & enjoy the sun.

I will have to invest in a paddling pool next month.

Next weekend we will be levelling the play area.... & doing all the garden planning for it.

It has really been hot here & I am soooo happy I even have a tan.... grin I love summer.

Daniels eyes are better so he is back at school.

Keira is really pestering us to go to school so we will send her to preschool next month.

Steffy is still snotty but other than that she seems to be doing well.

I noticed that world war 3 had started here again, please note VJ has a mind of his own & is no ones minion.....(Directed at you know who)

On the weird front, yesterday we were informed that the girls mother has been arrested apparently she beat up the guy who stole my cell phone. I have been having trouble confirming this information as the cops do not answer their bloody phones….. grrrrr…..will go past police station tonight to check if she is there…… this whole situation is totally nuts.
